Acenda is a premier integrated health provider offering life-enhancing programs and services to individuals, families, and communities throughout New Jersey.
Challenge
Robins’ Nest, Cape Counseling Services, and NewPoint Behavioral Health Care decided to merge to create one powerful not-for-profit force to lead the future in evidence-based, integrated care for individuals from birth through all stages of adulthood. They tasked Merz with creating a new brand identity and messaging platform to engage clients, staff, partners, and stakeholders for sustained growth.
Solution
Merz used various methodologies to get key input from all of the stakeholders to ensure the new name, story, and messaging platform truly represented what the new organization was, where it was heading, and most importantly, what it would mean to their clients and patients. This research led to the name ACENDA Integrated Health and new tagline “Where Lives Move Forward.”
Merz developed the brand identity, mission statement, value proposition and all branding assets which were provided to the client for an in-house execution of the out of home, digital and collateral elements for a large scale launch of the brand.
