In continuous operation since 1903, Christ’s Home is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization founded as a non-denominational Christian ministry serving disadvantaged children and senior adults.
Challenge
In June 2024, Christ’s Home, a Warminster, PA-based non-profit which provides an array of life-enhancing services to both older adults and children, opened its 82,000-square-foot New Suites Apartment building. With 30 new independent living apartments, an outdoor terrace, new social hall, and a cinema, the community was ready to welcome new residents—and turned to Merz to help.
Solution
With a long-time marketing partnership working on a variety of projects including web, print, and digital, Christ’s Home once again turned to Merz to help get the word out about their new suites. We utilized strategic solutions so that the audience of senior prospects and their adult children saw Christ’s Home’s new apartments: in local magazines, on billboards while driving, during their time online with display ads, in their email inbox, and on social media. Merz also worked with Christ’s Home to engage their most loyal audience, current residents, through their resident referral program.
